Zahid is an MBA and a seasoned OD & HR professional with over 30 years of extensive experience across various industries, including Banking & Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, Packaging, IT, Food Processing, and Retail. He has held senior roles in both local and international markets, working on HR & OD projects in cities such as Dubai, Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Jeddah, Singapore, and Riyadh. His previous employers include DHL Global Forwarding, Jacob Engineering Group, Savola Group, Faysal Bank Ltd., and others. Zahid also serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Frontier Strategy Group, Currnt.com, and Gersen Lehrman Group (GLG).
